Holy Name Convent Past Pupils Association – Vintage Fuh So : Remembering our Greats!

Vintage Fuh So! Is Holy Name Convent Past Pupils’ Association main annual fund-raising event. Started in 2005, each year Vintage! features the songs of calypsonians whose careers span decades, and some of whom are no longer living. Each show is on a particular theme. Following a year when we have lost so many of our greatest calypsonians and proponents of the music around Carnival, our theme is Remember Our Greats. For the first time we are including a steel pan segment and Vintage Extempo!

Other highlights of the Vintage! event is the outdoors Pan Round De Neck session from St James Tripolians. The audience is treated to free local food and can sample treats from a variety of booths. Proceeds go towards the Scholarship Fund. Tickets are $300 and are available from Queen’s Hall Box Office.
