Lilliput Theatre and the Noble Douglas Dance Company present “Dance & Fight”. The show’s theme this year is “Dance & Fight” – a representation of school violence using Carnival – its colour, characters and costuming.
After a successful run last year, Lilliput is once again merging with the Noble Douglas Dance Company to deliver a stirring mix of dance numbers and dramatic performances. Interestingly, their first show post-covid, in 2022, focused on how our youth experienced life during the pandemic and the struggles they experienced trying to transition into the ‘new normal.’ The show this year can almost be a continuation of that story, but taking a more expansive look at the factors that may be influencing the increase in school violence.
Show time on Sat 6th and Sun 7th May is 6.30pm. Tickets are ONLY $100, available from the QH Box Office and from members of Lilliput and the Noble Douglas Dance Company.
