EMPRESS OF THE VALLEY

The Marcia Charles Dance Theatre Company presents their 2014 Dance Production, “Empress of the Valley”.

Have you ever been to the Emperor Valley Zoo and wondered what will it be like to be among the animals, careless and free?  Well…… we have found the Empress of the Valley and she has allowed herself to become one with the animals.  The Empress will take you on a journey that will allow you to reach out and touch the animals, she understands their way of life, and how they move, sleep, eat and even dance.  Oh yes! The Empress will dance with the animals, she will adopt their personas and allow them to breathe life into her movements as they move in the beautifully serene botanic surroundings.
