The Kabuki Performance is the culmination of the Japanese cultural performances!
Don’t miss the fascinating Kabuki Performance at 6:00pm on Sun 22nd Sep 2024!
Kabuki actor ‘Ukon Onoe’ will perform in ‘Montsuki Hakama’ (Traditional Japanese Male Dress) without make-up, followed by a make-up presentation with an explanation of how Kabuki make-up is arranged.
After the lion’s large costume is fitted in front of the audience, the presentation will end with a performance of the famous lion dance including lion’s hair-swinging – the highlight of the performance!
The finale of this cultural extravaganza will be a performance by the Japanese and Trinidadian Yosakoi Dance Team.
