Nrityanjali dance Theatre’s “The Path of Righteousness”

This year the Nrityanjali Theatre group has taken the challenge of portraying Mahabharatha a Great Epic of India as a dance drama. This is the captivating story of bitter rivalry between the cousins the Padavas and the Kauravas.  A fratricidal war came to be waged between the cousins on account of the dispute about the right of inheritance to the kingdom. The central theme of the Mahabharata is this war and the circumstances that lead to it. In the course of the narrative, many sermons on morality, devotion, and spiritual philosophy occur.
