NACC’s “Top 20 Youth Stars of Tomorrow”

The Annual Top 20 Stars of Gold Calypso Awards Ceremony, is our nation’s equivalent to the Grammy Awards, for calypso. This gala event hosted by the NACC highlights and honours twenty of the best calypsoes by local artistes for the previous calendar year.  The results for 2012 will be announced shortly.

The National Action Cultural Committee (NACC) is the cultural arm of the National Joint Action Committee. It was formally established in 1974. As one of the foremost institutions involved in developing and promoting the Arts in Trinidad & Tobago and the Caribbean, the NACC is primarily involved in placing the arts at the centre of national development.
