VACANCY – OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for ensuring the quality of the company’s services meet or exceed customer expectations. The OM will provide oversight on all contracted services, maintenance and development projects. The OM will have direct supervision over the Front of House, Maintenance and Technical Departments.
The OM will also assist the General Manager (GM) in preparing, tracking and monitoring annual budgets for recurrent and developmental draft estimates. This is a senior management position and the incumbent will act as GM in his/her absence.
