Consistent with its vision of “Fostering excellence in all art forms….”, the twelfth edition of the The Patrons of The Arts Foundation’s Artistic Bursary will make tertiary study of the steelpan more accessible to pannists locally, regionally & Internationally. It will also provide global exposure to aspiring awardees while contributing to the unique and immersive cultural experience of studying the instruments and its music in Trinidad & Tobago.
