Tickets and Refund Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
Currently all payments are processed securely via Visa or Mastercard.
Your data is encrypted before it is sent to the bank by industry-standard encryption techniques. If you choose to store your credit card details for faster check out on another occasion, your details will be securely stored on your personal device. After payment is processed by the bank, you will be returned to Queen’s Hall website. If your card was successfully processed, your ticket confirmation information will be sent to the email address you provided. At no time in the payment process, do we capture any of your payment information.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after the billing information and credit card details have been verified and approved by issuing bank. If you provide incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order, it will delay or decline the processing of your transaction. In these cases, Queen’s Hall’s customer service representative will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Queen’s Hall is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Queen’s Hall may cancel your order and sell your ticket(s) to another customer without further notice.
Currency
All ticket prices are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD). However, all international online ticket purchases are quoted in US Dollars and are subjected to the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Verification of credit card information and billing address can take up to a maximum of 24 hours before the confirmation email is sent. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a failure notification on screen and a declined email will be sent. Should this happen for any reason, we strongly suggest you contact your issuing bank before attempting to try again.
Confirmation of Tickets
Please read your online and email confirmation pages carefully, as they provide you with important information about tickets that you have reserved, which may be unique to the particular event at Queen’s Hall. It is your responsibility to ensure that you remember to bring the printed confirmation email (or a screen shot of the QR code given in that email) to Queen’s Hall so that you can gain access to the event
Failure to Redeem Tickets
Failure to redeem purchased and reserved tickets at Queen’s Hall will result in loss of ticket, no entry and no refund.
Cancelled and Postponed Events
Very rarely an event may be cancelled or postponed by the client. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed events, please stay tuned to the media for updates (radio, newspapers, television and Queen’s Hall’s Website), email notifications or contact Queen’s Hall’s Box Office.
- Cancelled Events:
If you purchased a ticket through Queen’s Hall’s official website, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment used. Other forms of payment, a refund will be issued via company cheque or cash.
- Postponed Events:
Queen’s Hall will only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the client’s instructions/ approval. For all postponed events, the Client will instruct Queen’s Hall whether a refund or exchange is applicable. In the event the Client has issued an EXCHANGE ONLY policy for the postponed event and the customer requests a refund, a written letter/email from the Client authorizing QH to issue a refund, MUST be presented to Queen’s Hall for processing of this request.
ALL refunds will be issued for the ticket’s face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid).
- Force Majeure
Force majeure’ refers to an exceptional event or circumstance which is beyond a party’s control. ‘Force Majeure” situations include:
- death of producer
- rebellion, terrorism, revolution, insurrection or civil war
- riot, commotion, disorder, strike or lock-out
- natural catastrophes such as earthquake, flood and hurricane.
A decision will be made by both the Client and Queen’s Hall regarding a refund or exchange on tickets purchased.
Under no circumstances will any miscellaneous costs incurred by the customer be refunded by Queen’s Hall. Those requests must be submitted to the Client for review. Queen’s Hall will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
Ticket Refund/ Exchanges
In accordance with our Terms of Service Agreement, Queen’s Hall does not offer refunds or exchange on tickets purchased. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the event/show/production of choice, the time of the event/show/production and seat of choice. Policies set forth by our clients generally prohibit Queen’s Hall from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. If for any reason your ticket is lost/stolen or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged for the reissuing of tickets however proof must be provided that a ticket was indeed purchased. Failure to provide proof, Queen’s Hall reserves the right to refuse replacement of ticket(s).
Queen’s Hall is only liable for any errors regarding purchase of tickets in the case of website errors/malfunction. A refund will then be issued in the original form of payment used. However for errors made by the buyer, Queen’s Hall will not be held responsible in such cases. A decision will be made by Management regarding any exchange or refund of your purchase.
Queen’s Hall reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person who breaches the rules and regulations set forth. These may include but not limited to:
- Conduct that is deemed disorderly
- Harassment of patrons and staff
- Use of vulgar or abusive language
- Failure to comply with Queen’s Hall’s Auditorium’s Rules and Regulations.
Breach of our Conduct Policy will terminate your right to attend or continue viewing the event without refund.
A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused with a decision to refund the ticket’s face value if deemed necessary. The NO REFUND Policy remains in effect.
